Piazza Mercato, it affiliates and its Partners (FROM HERE ON IN REFERRED TO AS "THE COMPANY") in its sole discretion may terminate this User Agreement, access to the site, the services, or any current auctions immediately, without notice and for any reason.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the User Agreement at any time.

Anyone with Internet access that has a browser can visit and use the exposed services provided on this site.

The Company is a privately owned enterprise operating out of Brooklyn, NY.

To protect the security of our system, you agree not to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper workings of this site. Any device, software or routine used to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site is considered illegal. Any communication and information provided by you will be free of any viruses, time bombs, cancel bots, Trojan Horses, worms or any other programming device intended to interfere with or intercept any system, data, or personal information on this site. You may not take any action that imposes an unreasonably large load on our infrastructure.

The Company in its sole discretion, may terminate this User Agreement, access to the site or the services immediately, without any notice and for any reason.

D. No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this agreement between The Company and its users.
